  • 4-6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2-3 packs of dried ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons of miso paste
  • 1-2 tablespoons of mirin
