I’m no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but let me give you my 2 cents.

Let’s take the guys on the Pic as an example, how the fuck did they pull off those INSANE transformations? You might be thinking.

  • The best professional chefs.
  • All the time in the world to train.
  • The best trainers in the world.
  • All the steroids ever made in the entire universe.

Yes, there’s validity to that argument, but how the hell is that a secret? You don’t need to be an expert to know those things would work for sure.

The real secret is that there are NO SECRETS.

If you want to know how to manipulate your body composition, all the information is available for free, from simple concepts like how to implement a caloric deficit and lose fat to the most advanced concepts on muscle physiology science developed so far.

And not only that, it’s RIDICULOUSLY SIMPLE, it’s IDIOT PROOF, anyone with any economic background can do it, the problem is that it’s HARD WORK.

Even for the Hollywood guys, the trainer can’t lift the weights for them, can’t jog for them, the chefs can’t starve for them, can’t eat copious amounts of food for them, the steroids and peptides sure help, but the reality is, for those bodies, they only speed up a process that ANY NATURAL can have if they’re willing to endure the time-frame required.

And that’s the problem.

We’re not built to endure the time frames required, that’s why people overthink this shit, burn out and give up.

When in reality, all you have to do is apply consistent hard work for YEARS.

You’re TOO LAZY to endure the process.

If you otherwise just kept showing up, day in and day out, without stressing about being in shape in 2 months, you’ll be looking awesome eventually, no matter at what age you started or how fat you are, if you just adopt some form of training and dieting.

ANY TRAINING.

ANY DIET.

If you just adhere to it for a long-ass time, AWESOME results will come.
