  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation:

  1. Soak the rice noodles in a bowl of hot water for 10 minutes until they are soft and pliable.
  2. Drain the water and set the noodles aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the tamarind paste, fish sauce, palm sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.
  4. In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
